Culinary Team - Scott Brandolini Executive Chef
An area native with several years of experience as a chef at some of the best restaurants in Boston and Greater Newburyport, Executive Chef Scott Brandolini possesses a special knowledge of local tastes and preparing fine cuisine using local ingredients. An American Culinary Federation-certified chef, Scott is trained in the classic French style of cooking as a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu School in Cambridge, Mass. He has worked at some of the most popular restaurants in the area, including Ten Center Street and Michael’s Harborside, where he was also head chef for its Harborside Catering division. Following a stint at the prestigious Boston Harbor Hotel, Scott further refined his culinary skills at Cassis and the Mango Grille, both in Andover, Mass. Committed to embracing sustainable and “green” practices, he brings his knowledge and experience to Seaglass Restaurant as well as to The New Pavilion event center.
