Our mission here at Rheebo is to support local businesses and non-profits by facilitating awareness, word of mouth interactions and social engagement in ways that create value for your community. Our local Auctions are just one of 18 ways that we work on behalf of our business members and non-profits to help them create awareness about why they are so incredible!
Our local shops supporting local causes auctions enable our local businesses to support local causes by auctioning off items at great prices. All you have to do it bid on items that you love!
While you're here, explore our site and our new Shops & Antiques Social Space where you can interact with those that share your passion for great finds!
Local Shops Supporting Local Causes is an initiative to help local non-profits raise money and create awareness. It also serves as an outlet for local shops to feature items at great values for the community. A win for everyone!
This program is a free service for any local non-profit organization. Contact us for details.

There are just a couple of things you'll need to do before you can bid. Start by creating a free account here on Rheebo. Then read the bidding instructions so you understand the process.
Local shops will auction off select items to support the a cause. 100% of the amount over the set base price will be donated to the designated cause.
All items won must be picked up and paid for at the participating shop. You may stop by the shop to view the item prior to bidding. The item will be clearly marked at the participating shop. If the item sells at the shop prior to the auction starting, it will be removed from the auction.
Find a great deal and support a fantastic local cause.

Bidding is easy! Create a free personal account here. When you find an item you want to bid on, click the bid button. It will ask you how much you are willing to bid for the item. Enter that amount and the system will bid up to that amount automatically for you. If you then get out bid, you will get notified and you can choose to bid more. For example: the item has a starting price of $23 (includes a reserve amount of $3). The most you want to bid is $28. That's what you enter!
These auctions are ongoing with new items added all of the time.
Note: Each item has a reserve price $3 above the item price. This is to ensure that the supported cause gets a minimum of $3 for items won. So if you bid on an item that has a starting price of $20, the reserve won't be met until bidding reaches $23.
Our auctions are just getting started and are a sustainable way for our business partners to support local causes! We would really appreciate it if you shared our auctions with your social friends!
