New Vintage of Our Everyday Chardonnay- A Macon Best Value

New Vintage of Our Everyday Chardonnay- A Macon Best Value

You can pull the cork on Jean-Pierre Auvigue's Macon-Solutré pretty much anytime and not feel like you're compromising. This Chardonnay provides tons of citrus flavors, a hint of floral notes, minerality, and a touch of honey on the finish. We're always delighted by the luscious mouthfeel of this elegant, fleshy wine and know you will be too.

"It's a Rock Solid Effort"- 2015 Crozes-Hermitage

90 points - Wine Advocate "Showing the standard cedar, white pepper and serious spice component that's present in all of Pierre's wines, the 2015 Crozes Hermitage is medium to full-bodied, beautifully concentrated and rich, with solid mid-palate depth and ripe tannin. It's a rock-solid effort that should evolve nicely through 2025." - Jeb Dunnuck, The Wine Advocate

Rosé is a becoming an increasingly fashionable drink

Rosé is a becoming an increasingly fashionable drink, particularly when it's pale and dry and the weather's hot, but some pink wines are much better than others. I love the salmon colored elixir anytime of year, though warm summer days certainly do lend themselves to opening a bottle, or two...When rose is around, it's amazing how popular one can become.
Eric Suremain's Biodynamic Burgundy - One Beautiful Pinot Noir

Eric Suremain's Biodynamic Burgundy - One Beautiful Pinot Noir

Eric de Suremain has a talent for making wine that far out-strips its appellation. Rully Premier Cru Preaux may not have the household name status of other Burgundy appellations, but that didn't stop Neil Martin of The Wine Advocate from beating a path to Suremain's door to give a 90-point review on this beautiful bottle a couple of vintages back. Suremain somehow embeds this wine's flavors into every molecule scattering black cherry, raspberry, mint, leather, chocolate fairy dust along the way in this "Classic" vintage.
